We’ll beat a competitor’s total price for a like-for-like scope of services. To qualify: (1) provide a current, written, itemized quote from a comparable U.S.-based 3PL for the same services, volume tier, and service levels; (2) the comparison excludes pass-through carrier charges (postage/freight, fuel, and accessorial surcharges), promotional or introductory rates, and below-cost or loss-leader pricing; (3) quotes are subject to verification, and the guarantee applies to new engagements upon a signed services agreement. The guarantee covers Fulfillment Hub USA service fees, not third-party pass-through costs; FHU may decline quotes it reasonably determines are not bona fide or comparable.
