These Terms are an agreement between you and FULFILLMENT HUB USA LLC ("FHU," "we," "us," or "our"), a Florida limited liability company headquartered at 3450 NW 115th Ave, Doral, Florida 33178. By using this website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the site for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for it.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. The site is intended for legitimate business and informational use.
2. Website information, quotes, and estimates
Website content is general information and may not reflect the requirements, availability, carrier charges, taxes, duties, surcharges, product restrictions, or final pricing for a particular project. A calculator result, form submission, proposal, conversation, or preliminary quote is not a binding service commitment unless an authorized FHU representative confirms it in a written agreement or accepted order.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete product, volume, destination, compliance, and handling information. Material changes may change pricing, timing, or service availability.
3. Separate service agreements control
Fulfillment, warehousing, distribution, freight, returns, account, and related paid services are governed by the applicable signed customer agreement, statement of work, rate schedule, order, or other written service terms. If those service documents conflict with these website Terms, the service documents control for the paid service. These website Terms do not modify an existing customer agreement.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, bypass security, introduce malicious code, scrape at an unreasonable rate, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or misleading content, infringe rights, test vulnerabilities without written authorization, or use the site to violate law. We may restrict access reasonably necessary to protect the site, users, or FHU.
5. Forms, accounts, and communications
You are responsible for information submitted through forms and for safeguarding account credentials. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. You authorize us to respond to requests through the contact channels you provide, subject to applicable consent rules. Supplying a phone number does not by itself enroll you in recurring SMS marketing.
6. Intellectual property

9. Fulfillment Hub USA SMS Program Terms
Program: Fulfillment Hub USA Freight Updates and Offers. People who separately opt in may receive recurring operational messages about freight quotes, requested services, and shipment updates, plus occasional promotional offers from Fulfillment Hub USA.
- Consent: Enrollment requires an affirmative opt-in, such as an optional unchecked checkbox on our Freight Quote Form. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Frequency and charges: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.
- Stop: You may cancel at any time by replying STOP. We may send one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After that, recurring program messages will stop unless you opt in again.

- Delivery: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Wireless carriers and compatible devices are outside FHU's control.
- Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data or consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Necessary messaging service providers may process them only to deliver or administer the program.
Messages may originate from a Fulfillment Hub USA business number registered for the program. If our business number changes or is ported, the active registered number will be reflected in our messaging registration and applicable notices.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the public website is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that website content is error-free, complete, uninterrupted, or suitable for a specific operation. Nothing on the website is legal, tax, customs, insurance, regulatory, or professional advice. Written service agreements may provide different warranties for contracted services.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FHU and its affiliates, officers, employees, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising solely from use of the public website. For website-only claims, aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid specifically for access to the website during the preceding 12 months. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited and does not replace liability terms in a signed service agreement.
12. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify FHU from third-party claims caused by your unlawful misuse of the website, material misrepresentation in a submission, or infringement of another party's rights. This provision does not apply where prohibited and does not replace indemnity terms in a signed service agreement.
13. Events beyond reasonable control
FHU is not responsible for website delay or unavailability caused by events beyond reasonable control, including carrier or utility failures, natural disasters, labor disruptions, government actions, cyberattacks, emergencies, or third-party platform outages. Contracted operational services remain subject to their written service terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
Except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, these website Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and website-only disputes may be brought in state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Nothing here waives nonwaivable rights of California, Delaware, Florida, or another jurisdiction. These Terms do not require arbitration and do not contain a class-action waiver.
15. General terms, changes, and contact
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without consent; FHU may assign them in connection with a reorganization or transfer of the relevant business. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement for public website use, subject to any controlling signed service agreement.
